Tom Gouge
Tom Gouge is the founder of Tamani World Children Project. After serving as President for several years, he continues as a board member working to better the lives of the kids he calls his grandchildren. Tom is a retired business owner.

Diane Gouge and her husband Tom created Tamani World Children Project after falling in love with Kenya's children on a 2008 mission trip to Nairobi. She currently lives in Oxford Pennsylvania surrounded by grandchildren.

andrew connolly
Andrew Connolly resides in Byram Twp, NJ and attends Sparta Evangelical Free Church in Sparta, NJ. He has two grown, wonderful children and is an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where he has served for over 30 years. Following years of support, Andrew joined the TWCP Board in 2014 – and has visited Tamani Kenya seven different times to date.

Donna elmore
Donna Elmore graduated from Mercyhurst College in 1979. Donna retired from teaching Special Education in June of 2022. She taught special needs children for 30 years. Donna is married to Jim Elmore. They have 2 sons, 2 daughter- in-laws and two beautiful grandchildren. She has a vision to create a safe and educational environment for all the orphans of Nairobi.

Harvey Reath
Harvey Reath has visited Nairobi, Kenya five times since beginning to support Tamani in 2011. Harvey is married to Evelyn Reath. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. Harvey is a retired Software Engineer after previously retiring as a High School Math teacher.
Communications Chair
Rick Rineer
Rick Rineer has been a sponsor for many years and also serves on the Tamani Communications Team. He is married to Kristie and they have two children, Haley and Zach. Professionally Rick has worked in the healthcare industry for over 20 years.

Wardell Coleman
Wardell Coleman has been a member of NLPC/CLC for about 27 years. He retired a few years ago from PECO Energy after over 33 years of employment. He had the privilege with our Team of visiting the kids in the orphanage in Kenya in 2023 and experienced the love and enthusiasm they showed for learning and each other. Wardell shared it was a blessing to see the work God is doing for Tamani through the support of so many from CLC.

Luke Arnold
Luke Arnold has been involved with the TWCP for over 6 years. He visited the orphanage while attending Liberty University and looks forward to seeing God continue to work and grow the family of Tamani throughout the coming years.
